Can't say enough praise for S.W.A.T. They removed old floor first day and installed new floor on 2nd day. Total sq. Feet 1070. Great job, had one issue, called Leo and they returned 2 days after I called and fixed (They are very busy). Would definetly recommend them!!

 AWESOME!!! Absolutely the best. I called 2 days before Thanksgiving almost expecting no answer and I got Leo. I was greeted with the utmost courtesy. I asked if they could install my floor and was told that they could do it BEFORE Thanksgiving. Unbelievable. I was 3rd and later that nioght was moved up to 2nd job. They arrived, took everything under control and did more than what I expected. When done, everything was cleaned and no trace of them where ever in the house except my new floor. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. PLEASE use them. Leo oversaw the entire job and his team was quiet, quick and courteous. I wish I more room to write more great things.

 As a new homeowner and someone who has been working with a lot of home repair contractors as of late, I was pleasantly surprised with not only the professional demeanor but the overall quality of service and workmanship that Leo Gutiereez of SWAT Flooring provided me with when installing my new hardwood floors. To say that Leo was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other contractors that I have worked with would be an understatement..... here's why:
He was professional (on time, responsive, sensitive to time deadlines, knowledgable about the relevant products), courteous (respectful of customer's personal items belongs and their schedule and even get this - lo and behold - something that every contractor should do but never seems to - he cleaned up after the job was finished!), and did I mention that the final product, my brand new Kensal hardwood floors, right down to the finishings and shoe molding, were as perfect as it gets??? Unlike some contractors, he didn't skip steps or cut corners, he was very detail oriented about the installation of my flooring... - and he will be for yours too!
Finally - and here is the litmus test for anybody you encounter in the buisness world - I would refer him to friends and acquaintances and be happy to do business with him again.

 Leo and his team did an amazing job on my flooring. His pricing was great and they were able to get me on the schedule in less than a week. They were fast and the work was great. Would recommend them to anyone. He was super friendly and easy to work with.

 Leo and his team were like poetry in motion. They completed our job in an amazingly short period of time with swift accuracy. They left the job site so clean that you never even knew they were there except they left a beautiful floor.
